At the heart of the DUOTTS F26 Pro are dual 48V 750W motors, delivering a combined punch that handles steep climbs and challenging terrain with ease. With a torque output of 65 Nm, this bike provides smooth yet powerful acceleration, perfect for city streets and off-road trails alike. The dual-motor setup ensures traction and control in various conditions, offering the rider unmatched stability and power distribution.
Powering the motors is a 48V 20Ah high-capacity battery, equipped with reliable Samsung cells for enhanced performance and longevity. You can expect a range of up to 120 km in pedal-assist mode, depending on terrain, temperature, and rider weight. Charging is quick and efficient with the included 54.6V 3A charger, fully topping up the battery in just 6–7 hours.
The DUOTTS F26 Pro features a modern 3.2" HD LCD display, offering real-time data such as speed, battery level, distance, and assist level. Bluetooth connectivity allows seamless pairing with the Duotts App, enabling ride tracking, diagnostics, and advanced settings directly from your smartphone.
Constructed with a durable aluminium alloy frame, this bike combines strength with lightweight handling. The 72 cm aluminium handlebar and 170 mm crank provide ergonomic comfort for riders of varying heights. The suspension system includes a single-crown front fork with 80 mm of travel, aluminium crown, and steel stanchions for reliable shock absorption. While the rear shock is not specified, the front suspension ensures a smoother ride on uneven surfaces.
The Shimano Tourney 1×7-speed derailleur system delivers smooth gear shifting, allowing you to easily adapt to different terrains.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with a 2-pin plug, as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send an adapter, but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse up to 5 euros for the same.
