Hydraulic Suspension & Hydraulic Disc Brakes
The hydraulic suspension is more responsive than other suspension systems, providing you with a smoother, firmer ride. With the lockout design, you can lock the suspension for a fast ride on flat roads and unlock it for a comfortable cruise on bumpy paths. The hydraulic disc brakes offer better control and increased braking effort. They dissipate heat more evenly and tend to last longer than traditional mechanical brakes, enabling a safer and more endurance ride.
Smart LCD Control & 5 Assist Levels
The C1 comes with an intelligent LCD that keeps you up to date with important data, such as real-time speed, distance traveled, and battery level, and lets you easily switch between 5 pedal assist levels, including 12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 km/h, as well as activate the 6 km/h walk mode and more.
Adjustable Stem & StVZO-Certified Light
With an adjustable stem, you can customize the angle and height of your handlebars for the most comfortable riding position. Is the battery removable?
A.Yes. The battery is removable which can be charged on or off the bike.

A.Yes.
Q.Does the e-bike come with a display?
A. Yes. Both the T1 and T1 Step-Thru models come with an LCD display that shows various information, including speed, battery power, speed level, riding distance, trip time, etc.
Q.What kind of assembly is required?
A.Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled and packaged in a standard bike box. The parts that need to be mounted include the front wheel, display, pedals, saddle, handlebar, reflectors, bike lights and mudguards. You can check the user manual or our video instruction on YouTube for a step-by-step guide.

Q.What is the maximum rider weight?
A. The maximum recommended rider weight is around 120kg for optimal performance.
Q.What is the max load of the luggage rack?
A.The maximum load of the luggage rack is 25kg.
Q.Is the bike stem adjustable?
A.The stem of T1 Step-Thru is adjustable, but the one of T1 is not.
Q.Does it have cruise mode?
Yes. Both T1 and T1 Step-Thru have cruise mode and 6km/h push mode.
Q.What is the size of the frame and height?
A.The sizes of frames are as follows.

- Does this electric bike come with a throttle control?
- Yes. This electric bike comes with a throttle control. It's easy to install and use. Please confirm with local regulations on the use of throttle before installing the throttle control.
Q.Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?
A.All of the electric components, including the battery pack, are designed to be waterproof. However, we strongly recommend keeping it indoors on heavy rainy days or in bad weather.
Where is the bike shipped from? And how many days can I get the bike after I place the order
A.Our bikes are shipped from warehouses in Europe. It usually takes around 3-10 working days for shipment.
What if there are any quality issues with the bike?
A.The bike has 1 year warranty which means if theres a problem we send you the part and you can fix it yourself. If you are not good DIY we sell a local repair cover in only 19.99 euros and then you can go to our partner shop for repair. If the bike has issues on arrival(highly unlikely) , we will pick it back up immediately.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@biketoworkschceme.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :
Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded
Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with a 2-pin plug, as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send an adapter, but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse up to 5 euros for the same.
