At its core, the H8 boasts dual brushless geared motors (each rated at 1,500 W) for a combined output of about 3,000 W and torque around 82 N·m. That means rapid acceleration, strong hill-climbing ability, and no fear of rough terrain. Add in the fat 26 x 4.0 in tires from Chaoyang, a front suspension fork with lock feature, and a 6061-aluminium frame designed to shrug off bumps and keep you riding in style this bike makes short work of sand, loose gravel, trail roots, or urban cobbles.
With a 48 V 26 Ah removable lithium battery (approximately 1,248 Wh), you’re looking at a potential 60-100 km per charge depending on how you ride – pedal assist mode gives you more range, full throttle-mode somewhat less. A charge time around 11 hours means you can plug in overnight and be ready. The removable format means you don’t have to haul the bike to your charger or risk theft by leaving the whole rig unsecured.
From the color 3.7″ LCD display that lets you track speed, distance, assist level and power usage, to hydraulic disc brakes front and rear (with motor cutoff when braking) – you have serious ride control. The Shimano 21-speed gearing ensures you can fine-tune your cadence regardless of terrain. The front suspension fork (with lock mode) and the fat tires absorb shocks, letting you ride longer in comfort. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions :

Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations : A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

After brexit most items come with a 2-pin plug, as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send an adapter, but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse up to 5 euros for the same.
